
Hello! Well, 7 days down, 23 more to go for phase I. So far, I'm happy to report that I am down below 210 pounds! According to our bathroom scale, I weighed in at 208 this morning. That's good for a 7 pound loss over 7 days! I've lost 5-8 pounds in just 1 day before but it's almost always been from water reduction or just not eating. I've eaten more, drank more water & worked out harder than ever before in the past 7 days than I have over any other 7 day period. That tells me that I'm doing something right. I plan on hitting it even harder in the weeks to come. Today I get to have a cheat meal and we have plans with grampy to have a steak at Outback. What a reward for a week of great work!
